If you are making an order using this form:

Please put in the item/s you wish to order and the quantity

eg. 1 x Childrens card "Crab" (band C) 1x birthday "Funky flower" (Band B) etc.

Under 'Chosen type of payment' please state wether you will be sending a cheque by post, cash on delivery/ collection (Limassol) etc.

I will send you a confirmation email on receipt of your order with the final price and details of how to pay.
